Surface Cleaning

We clean the flame cut pieces with wreth and than the finishing surface cleaning is carried out by shotblusting. We remove the microditches and surface corrosion to establish a high quality and pleasing surface.

The perfect tooling surface is reached by our shotblusting machines, width max 1.650 mm, length 12.000 mm, height 350 mm.

We apply GP 18 magnetite with which we can reach 45-50 μ surface smoothness.
