Flame Cutting

We cut general-purpose structural steels and low-alloy steels with thicknesses ranging from 5 to 350 mm and plate sizes up to 4.000 x 12.000 mm.

We have three CNC-controlled flame cutting machines of the MESSER (Burny) type:

• 4 head machine 2.000x6.000 mm table
• 4 head machine 2.500x12.000 mm table
• 6 head machine 4.000x13.000 mm table

During our work we use clean propan gas securing extraordinary cutting edge even with the highest thicknesses.

Cutting and formation accuracy meets EN ISO 9013:2002 (E) 2. standard requirement.

In all cases we clean the surface with mechanical toolbox as well before shotblusting.

The capacity of 3 high efficiency machines provides highest possible flexibility and as a result allows us to deliver either low series or urgent orders in very short period of time.
