Chamfer and Unsharpening

According to ur customer’s need we can add any type of cutting edge, chamfer to the end product.

In case of higher thicknesses than 40 mm we make this treatment with semi-automatic secator on the strait or the outer edge.

The angular range of the flame cut edge is between 35-90 degrees, the possible deph of the welding root is 50 mm. We clean the surface with wreth.

The welding root is manufactured on the plasma cutter every time for thicknesses smaller than 40 mm.

The angular range of the plasma cut edge is between 0-45 degrees, the possible deph of the welding root is 60 mm.
